The maintenance guy took a month to fix the most basic issues. Scott, the other maintenance guy was better. Once you become a tenant, they dont care about you. All they want is your money.

They suck and lie all the units have black mold mostly in bathrooms and just paint over it ....help...just got a late charge from 2 months ago They say don't worry about it but still charge you no security my van was broken into 4 times and my suburban 2 times, no one's ever in the office should I keep going

This place sucks. We had a basement unit that was not properly cleaned upon moving in. The storage was disgusting with leaves and a spider infestation. They did not bother to clean our patio, which had about an inch of accumulated , stubborn moss almost taking half the patio. All the sliding doors are ruined and derail, despite having been "fixed" through maintenance several times. This is my daughter's window. Disgusting, they literally just painted over the mold. It took about a couple weeks for it to look like this when moving in. I had to scoop out a bunch of junk out of the window sill with a knife. They said it was our job to wipe the windows and invest in humidifier (which we did) but mold does not form like this in like 2 weeks. Windows super outdated and steam up like if you're showering. You can literally feel a huge breeze when it gets cold (definitely not energy-efficient). This does not include wsg which is a joke. They charge for a baby!! Beware, that averages out to almost 200 in addition to rent. Don't get me started on parking. If you come here after like 8pm, you cannot get parking and the closest parking is down almost 2 blocks with an enormous hill. They offer covered parking for like $65 bucks extra monthly! Oh and the linoleum is sooo cheap and old. It looks like wallpaper actually. My couch left a dent the first day and when I brought it up to management, they said we should invest in a carpet so we prevent any damages. Money hungry company... please find a better place

I lived here and I loved it! Geena at the front office is so sweet and always on top of things. Scott the maintenance man came to fix my door in a timely manner and was very kind! overall 10/10.
