        An outstandingly peaceful place to live. It's tucked away from the busier streets in Everett without being frustrating to navigate into or out of. The hotel adjacent to the building makes it a hidden treasure for those with families visiting us for the holidays. The staff are warm and approachable, and their facilities are *actually* well kept and maintained (a super common point of neglect with places too good to be true). My absolute favorite part of living here is the excellent insulation for both sound and temperature. My apartment stays goldilocks warm and quiet as can be. A boon for people with sensory issues.
