    The lease is very one sided and unfair. The lease terms were changed after we signed it at one price and it was increased at least $200 over the lease price AFTER we signed it. I will be contacting an attorney to investigate and challenge the terms of this ridiculous arrangement you call a lease. Sincerely, Chris & Wisma Funnell C-116

    I inquired about moving into the facility instead of a conversation to follow up about what I was looking for I received this text We do not have any units to tour right now at Everett cove. Id check back in a couple weeks. Ty. Two units are available online. There was no hello, thank you for your interest or greeting. Very dry bad for business, especially if Im a resident actively looking to move. I wont recommend anyone to move in this facility. They already seem rude! And Im not a tenant!

    Besides minimal parking I love these apartments. Recent management has been great about getting things fixed up around here, the gates are finally working properly and the new clubhouse is awesome. Honestly, a pretty good place to live overall. I especially love the vaulted ceilings and skylights- they let in so much natural light! Any issue Ive had has been resolved and management has been great at communication. Huge shoutout to Nika for always being so understanding and helpful!

    Since Centro management has taken over control of the property they have made things a little bit better (appearance wise, sewer upgrade) but overall they nickle and dime their tenants, repair requests get forgotten if they even get repaired properly, the utility charges seem random from month to month and you can hardly ever reach a person to get things resolved. The amount the rent increases each time you renew your lease should be illegal and will be the reason a lot of people simply just can't afford to live here.

    I am an electronically illiterate senior who just discovered the review system, or I would have done one long ago. If I had known to read reviews about Westmont Cove, formerly known as Terra Verde, I would never have chosen this complex as my residence. I have endured 4 1/2 years of misery and I pray my review will prevent others from making an unwise choice. There have been several changes of management/maintenance, so any reference to them does not reflect the current ones who just started. Phone calls are rarely returned and maintenance requests are ignored. The following is a description of just some of my negative experiences. *after signing a lease, was informed my unit had been changed *when signing the lease, agreed to a flat fee utility charge, with no notice, it changed to some weird calculation formula that varies monthly and has almost doubled *manager took several months to enforce my neighbors not parking in my disabled space *caught my neighbor stealing my packages directly from the Amazon driver, they also stole a box of nutrition bars, returning the box almost empty *car has been broken into multiple times, even stole a heart monitor *mailboxes have been broken into *security gate is frequently not working *water was turned off for several hours with no notice *have been waiting over 1 1/2 years for a burned out bulb over the dark outside stairwell to be replaced and for a missing building letter, in case I need medical aid to be able to locate my unit (dangerous) *if a washer/dryer stops working, the tenant must now purchase a new one *animal feces in inappropriate places *last manager was apparently resentful when required to do any work, every time my unit had an issue she would retaliate, such as, serving me a notice of fake late charges or making me remove items from my outdoor area while other tenants are allowed to keep theirs trashy *recently units have been rented to several tenants who are loud, rude and disrespectful I did not rate the complex with a 1star, there was no option for minus stars. This is an addendum to my review. After posting it, a major change occurred. A new management/maintenance team was hired. THANK GOD! Devon and Charles are wonderful people who are doing a great job of repairing what the previous team caused. Improvements to the functioning of the complex are being made. They truly care about the issues and the repairs that need to be attended to. If it were not for my neighbor and some other people who have moved here the past year or so, who are of questionable character, I would give the complex a good rating. However, I do rate the m/m team personally 5 stars, which is a first in four and a half years.
