purchased a car 2 months ago from here and still haven't received my plates. Nobody helps, they say call this number and I do and all I get is an answering machine. I leave a message and nobody calls me back, no emails no nothing pretty disappointed. I call the showroom and they say its not their job to do plates Mytemp expired over a week ago.

This is the second vehicle I have bought from them, I will never buy another one from them, Jan 12,2023 I was supposed to meet the salesman in wenatchee at noon he didn't show up until about 6:30 it was dark and I like a dumb bell took his word on things, the minute I turn it on the tire pressure sensor was on, the 4x4 fault sensor was on and the hill assist light was also on, if you push the back door latch button the auto alarm would go off. The next day the low engine coolant light was on within a week I had to add about 2 gallon of coolant and the check engine light came on with many different codes coming up. Now it has been in the shop since February 13 that was the appointment APX auto made for me to see what was wrong with the 4x4 ,I also bought the 2 year warranty and they will not cover any of the problems I feel like a fool for trusting them. I believe that they reset the check engine light just before they delivered it and so does the macanicic I guess my next step will be talking to a lawyer or the BBB Update on my car I have had this car since January of 2023,and still haven't been able to drive it just hauled it to another shop they are telling me that the fuel system needs replaced the cost is going to be 3800.00 to fix it. I will have over 7000.00 into repair for this great car, will never do business with this dealership again.
