Doug's Mazda Dealer

I walked in the door with my own lender, ready to go. They financed me with a higher interest rate over the weekend, and said it would be easy to change on Monday to a lower rate. Come Monday morning, I could not get a response from them until Wednesday, saying they couldn't make the lower rate work. I already have my own lender approval, and they are unwilling to work with lenders other then their own with higher fees etc. I feel like they will tell you anything you want to hear, and once you leave the lot you are out of luck. I am currently refinancing a 4 day old loan, thanks Dougs.

Jon Seely is the best person to rely on with the difficult task of buying or leasing a car. Jon makes the whole process easyhe listens to what you want, he gives you various options, and clearly explains the different pricing costs so you understand all the charges in full with no hidden fees. To sum up, Jon is fantastic at what he does, is straightforward and easy to talk to, he made leasing a new car stress-free, and on top of it hes a super nice guy. I will be going back to him when it is time to buy/lease another car.

It was SUCH a breath of fresh air to purchase a car from Doug's Lynnwood Mazda! After some awful experiences with other dealerships prior to visiting this dealership, this location was such a blessing. I was very frustrated as I couldn't find the exact car and terms, I was looking for however when I came to Doug's, my husband & I worked with Dotan, and we found the perfect CX5 that my needs and then some. He easily got us approved for the vehicle that looked like it was brand new even though it was a 2018. Glen in finance was also such a pleasure to work with, he had such a great sense of humor and made the finance aspect of buying a car a breeze! I greatly appreciate all the staff at this location, it was such a great experience and I recommend their location to anyone. After my negative experiences of pushy salesmen trying to sell me vehicles that didn't meet my needs just to get a sale, I just about lost hope.
