Very nice motor inn for the price. Tom, the manager was very nice and available to help. Mostly long- term renters here so tenants are quiet and respectful. A/C and mini-fridge worked well. Room clean and comfortable. Would recommend.

The room I'm in is fine. The staff is nice enough. It's the neighbors that can be bad. Good place for a stay though. On a main highway, on a couple bus routes. Near fast food places and a Pizza Hut across the street. Safeway near by too. The place needs to have a security officer posted on the property. There's enough of a homeless problem in the Edmonds area that you'll see open use of drugs in public and those drug users like to frequent places where people congregate to try to panhandle or straight up just steal things.
Rooms: The rooms are pretty small for the price asked.
Nearby activities: There's next to nothing to do in Edmonds unfortunately. Not a bad place to stop for the night though.
Safety: Big homeless problem in the entire western half of the state. Bums will approach you and ask you for things ot demand things of your. No security on-site. The homeless are generally kept off the property though.
Noteworthy details: If your expect the wifi here to work, you'll be sadly dosappointed. The wifi works when it wants to and the staff aren't authorized to do anything about it. Nor do they seem to care much if your need to use it for work. For the price, unless you really need a place to sleep, skip this place. The only amenity rarely works properly. I'd skip every motel from Seattle until I got to Everett. Even then, I'd be hard pressed to pick a motel instead of sleeping in my truck. If you're a trucker, don't bother. Nowhere to park your rig. Head to the TA passed Lynnwood.

Great Price! The room was very clean, nice towels and air-conditioned! The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.
Rooms: Non smoking rooms and air conditioning.
