Bad customer service and follow-up! I started an application with them, and they never followed through with me, just left me hanging with no response. Apparently, if you don't have a bunch of money, you aren't worth their time. If you don't have any potential for them to make a sale or approve you for a loan, then don't bother. They will just continue to ignore you, and not email you back or answer any questions. I think it's sad that customer treatment and quality of service are based on how much money they have in the bank.

Lynda and team made the entire process for us so easy by communicating every step of the way. They were open to all our questions and provided guideance when we needed it....which was plenty. They made a very nerve wracking process and made it very easy and painless.
