        The lady at the drive through (Friday afternoon 04/14/2023) wouldnt like to serve and do what she is paid for. I withdrew cash and needed change, but she educated me, telling me to use the ATM and then get the change in the bank. Customers experience is not this Banner Bank clerks priority. A gentleman usually works at the drive through, and he is more helpful than the lady.
