As a first time home buyer, I had what seemed like an infinite number of questions, but Alex at Infinity Mortgage Group was able to answer every single one of them with ease. The whole experience was fantastic! The low rate that IMG was able to find for me was truly unexpected. Finding a mortgage was originally a daunting task, but IMG made the whole process so easy. I can't recommend IMG enough. After talking to many of my friends/colleagues and their experiences finding mortgages, all of them had some sort of hiccup in their process, but not me with IMG.

We had a terrible experience buying our first home with Alex. He was constantly telling us one thing on the phone, then sending us something else in writing. It was very unclear what documents were coming from him (which were apparently "unofficial" and not binding) and which were coming from the actual lender (who he did not represent, even though all communication with the lender came through him). We had more than one change to fees or charges that we had to request credits for because the multiple, repeated loan estimates were inaccurate. Including one we only discovered after we closed and couldn't do anything about. We would never work with Alex again.

The experience that I had working with Michael Young was phenomenal. I really appreciated that he was an active listener. I am persuaded that it is a crucial quality for working with any professional, especially for something as serious as a refinance. It was also very meaningful that he went above and beyond to provide me with varying loan estimates rather than the one that would benefit him the most. While more can be said, if you are looking for a broker that is really looking out for you and how they can help you achieve your goals and have a sincere desire to help you, he is the man for the job.

Our first home purchase was so easy with Alex at Infinity. We got a better rate than I imagined possible. Its been 6 Months and Alex still keeps in contact with us making sure were happy. That's good business and a true pleasure to work with. I highly recommend.
