Daniel and his team are the best! I am super happy and thankful that Daniel helped us with this home loan process because he was really very helpful and kind to us. He always solved all our questions, which believe me were too many! The whole team was super well prepared, the attention with which they helped us was incredible, as well as the promptness of their response. He was working so hard to find us the best interest rate that he didn't mind sometimes searching for it super early in the morning or late at night. My experience with True Lending Company was 5 stars, very smooth, quick and professional. Being first time home buyer, I couldnt be more satisfied with my experience. The entire team at True Lending was on point with everyday follow ups regarding documents and details. Daniel Bayla and his team including Nicolai Lipscomb andTracy Coe started off my application and pre-approval process. I had pre approval on my hands within in few (2) days. If thats not fast, I dont know what is! Once we finalized the house selection, the process was really quick to get my file ready for underwriting and parallelly working with Title company for closing and escrow needs. A shout out to Tracy Coe for staying on top of things and keeping clear communication channels with Mortgage lending requirements, appraisals, home insurance, title and others. In fact it was the quickest closing, The entire process was closed in 15 days! Process was smooth and team was friendly, professional and addressing every question in a timely manner.
