Amber Farook, MD - Family Practice Physician

Ive been searching for a PCP for a while now and I have finally found the right fit. Dr. Farook listens to what I have to say. And she understands where I want to go on my health/life journey. I feel very comfortable when I am there and when I leave I feel like I am set with all the proper tools and knowledge. Some doctors in the past just left me with more questions. 5 stars for sure! And the staff is great too.

Dr. Amber Farook is fantastic! She listens to me & understands what is needed in making a thoughtful approach to me & my symptoms. She has helped me in so many ways, when other doctors would brush my symptoms aside. I feel heard & valued as her patient & to me that is priceless. I know I am getting the best care from her & I feel confident in her suggestions. She remembers my details & even asks how my mom is doing. She is the best!

My very first Google review ever. I have had a multi-year association with Dr.Farook and she is hands down the best PCP I have had so far. Dr.Farook brings a nice mix of knowledge, instinct, insight and patience to ensure that her patients get the best possible medical care. She goes above and beyond and operates with the interest of the patient in mind. She is easily accessible and very data driven. She has now become the PCP for our entire extended family. I feel very secure about my health knowing that Dr.Farook is present and overseeing it.

My family LOVES Dr. Farook. She is the most caring, attentive, and knowledgeable physician! She emphasizes LISTENING to her patients needs. I can tell she values these traits because her clinic and staff are a reflection of them. She also responds very quickly via the patient portal!

Dr. Farook is truly one of a kind, I have never had a doctor who 1. Listens to understand 2. Responds same day or at least within 24 hours in the patient portal 3. Genuinely CARES to help her patients and shares personally experiences to reassure and relate to me; Dr. Farook does all of these things without a blink of an eye. - I have only been seeing Dr. Farook for the last 2 months and she has truly made me feel like I have been a patient for years; I have had some recent new onset health issues and she has gone ABOVE and BEYOND for me and my care. I genuinely feel like she gives the suggestions and advice to me as if it was her giving advice to her family. I have absolutely nothing but positive things to say about Dr. Farook, her staff (Faye & Anna), and the overall experience and level of care Dr. Farook provides to her patients. I would recommend her to every single person I know. P.S. she even called me PERSONALLY to discuss my NORMAL results to make sure I felt reassured and confident about the results and follow up plan. Shes just wonderful.
