I want to start off and say that they are doing a great job, but if they could create some kind of force field that blocks the smell from being blown from the ocean.

I went in to talk to folks in the building and planning departments; they were very friendly and helpful to me as a homeowner - thanks!

Slow, clueless and not very helpful. Took 30+ mins to get someone to print me a photo I already had. Didn't even cut the photo. Poor. Never again
