I don't recommend it here. Other residents feel the same. Here's my experience in just under a year so far. Upon moving in our washer immediately broke. Water was stuck in the washing machine basin so it wouldn't drain. Justin with maintenance vacuumed out the drum of water. But, funny enough, he was unaware that the vacuum was just pumping the water onto our floor. luckily, I was the one who noticed so I ran and grabbed a couple beach towels and helped him mop it up. A funny thing I'd just like to add was that he tried collecting the gallons of spilled dirty water with a drywall sponge. This was so soon after moving-in, in fact, that I had to quickly pick up my wife's belongings and wall art before they got water damaged. ~accidents happen right??~ Justin told me that "it'd just take a couple days" to order a new washer and dryer or just a belt for the motor. "whichever came in sooner" he said. ~Hey, great! Awesome! Right???~ It was AT LEAST a month later the new property manager finally reached out to me to apologize and tell me a new one was on the way. And that she was new so everything had been kind of crazy ~Look, I get it, things can get messed up when a new manager steps in after another..~ We finally received a new, however, much smaller stacked washer and dryer. It's at this point in time I'd like to add that maintenance got me the correct mail key. That's right! when we moved in, they gave us the wrong mailbox key. Sometime after that, a truck started parking in our parking spot. I left a note saying something like, "hi this is our spot. Could you please not park here?" They continued to park there and left a note on their truck saying something like, "no this is our spot" I called the office, nobody got back to me, I called the towing company, they told me to call the office, I called the maintenance line, (which is outsourced) they told me to call the towing company. It wasn't too long before they started parking in their correct spot on their own.. THEN, a different car started parking in our spot. But get this. They have the same parking pass number as us! How cool is that? I get to share a spot with my neighbor! AND WE BOTH GET TO PAY FULL PRICE FOR A SPOT! This was in June of 2023. It's Jan of 2024. I'm still paying for a spot I have parked in maybe 2 or 3 times. I have emailed E.G. AT LEAST 5 times regarding this issue and I even talked with more than one employee in person about this and I haven't heard a thing... This is still currently unresolved. Now onto the garage. Imagine one day you run to your garage to store something and it's unlocked, and... there is a brand new fridge sitting inside... Well, as it turns out HD Supply must have helped themselves into the fist garage they could get into. probably had nothing to do with the lock that was hanging on by a thread. Now to E.G.'s credit, they did credit us a month of garage fees due to the inconvenience. Thanks guys... During the first initial walkthrough with the manager, when we went to check out our garage, the lock was loose. so loose, that you had to use one hand to hold the outer part of the lock so you could turn the inner mechanism with the key. We brought this up literally on day 1. Fast forward 8 months, after maybe 2 or 3 emails. and talking to a staff member in person, it got fixed. a day or two later than the office said it would. I'd like to add something that tickled me personally.. after fixing the lock, the maintenance guy said "yeah it wasn't even broken, I just had to tighten it up a little" Thanks for getting to this 8 months after the fact. it must have been so simple. There's a couple other things that were kind of just annoying like flyers on the doors saying that maintenance was going to come in to inspect the chimney before winter. well, we work from home so I can assure you nobody came in to check the chimneys. They also said they were going to clean the gutters around that time. And nobody ever did that either.

Jheri the current property manager is wonderful! I had a good experience here. I had been touring different rentals for over a week. I was exhausted the day I toured Quartz Creek. The property manager Jheri was cheerful, friendly, knowledgeable and just really welcoming during my tour. She helped with any questions and followed up with me the next day. I'm not a resident yet but have toured the property twice now. The second time I brought my active 5 year old in the office. Jheri offered snacks and a capri sun and was really really good with her. The office was clean, organized and apartment community had a great atmosphere. My daughter explored the play place and loved it. That outside area was also clean and organized. I enjoyed Quartz Creek and hope to become a resident. But if not I'd give the experience a 5 star review most definitely!
