Harlan's crew did an exceptional job on our home. They installed nearly 900 linear feet of pre-painted, 3.5" baseboard trim throughout the house with fabulous attention to detail. Our contract called for them to install the baseboard, fill nail holes and caulk. The caulking job was first rate. I can't find a single area that I'll need to touch up with wall paint. All the corners in the house are rounded, and their cuts were spot on. Harlan initially said two weeks for completion, but his guys had it done in four days. I asked Harlan to please ensure his guys would be punctual if he wanted to start as 7am each day, and I swear his guys must have been sitting up the street waiting for the clock to tick down, because they rolled in the driveway each morning at 7am to the second. Very impressive. His guys wore booties in the house or took their shoes off -- consistently -- which made the wife happy. We had one small detail that required a piece of special molding and a little bit of time to complete after the job was done. Harlan kept his word and came back to finish as promised. Harlan and his team took on a huge remodel for my husband and I. He did amazing, I especially love my kitchen. He kept in contact and told us when prices changed for one reason or another. I am so glad we picked him and his team to help us.

Our project had a fast turn around time. Harlan and his team approached the situation with advice, and excellent ideas, then worked out every detail. We needed two walls put up and didn't leave the team with much time; they exceeded expectations. Communication was clear and to the point. We will be calling on Projects by Piper in the future.

Harlan and Alex did a great job! Id give them 6 stars if I could. They handled our flooring project with ease and were able to complete it quickly. They will be my first call for any future projects!

Harlan and his team did an amazing job building our shop/house. The project was only supposed to be a 40x60 shop and a 20x40 house, but then our daughter moved home and we needed an extra bedroom and bathroom. The transition with the addition looks natural. Harlan and his team did everything or made sure everyone came when needed for electrical, plumbing, dirt work, etc. He is always easy to contact and willing to answer questions we had. We are very happy with our new shop/house. Thank you Projects By Piper!
