C and C Development just completed our new build and we couldn't be happier! From the bid presentation to the day we received our certificate of occupancy, C and C was professional and the quality of the workmanship exceptional
In a custom build there are always going to be adjustments or unanticipated hurdles along the way. When that happened, Aaron and his team worked to find a solution quickly and with little additional stress on us.
And if there were days that Aaron was unable to be on site, he would stop by to check progress in the evening to insure that things were done to his specifications. If something didn't pass muster Aaron had no problem "taking care of business" which is exactly what we wanted - someone who's looking out for the customer's best interest from start to finish. (We would never have noticed that a single screw, in a closet no less, had "popped" after the wall had been painted. He not only noticed it, but had it fixed before we even knew about it.) That kind of attention to detail is just one of the things that makes C and C an outstanding company to work with.
Aaron chose a terrific foreman in Dave Larson and project manager, Dena Larson, as part of his team. They each bring their own skill set and are an important part of the process every step of construction.
If we had it to do again, we would most definitely choose C and C!
