We have had a couple of experiences with Tangerine Travel at this point with only one ending up with actual travel. A common theme seems to be an agent that appears overwhelmed with requests resulting in slow response, lack of follow through and communication, and packages that result in a smaller pool of options. We have just cancelled planning for a trip first mentioned to an agent as a possibility 11 months prior to a proposed departure date and two months after our first meeting little to no progress was made.

We love Tangerine Travel. We have booked several family vacations with them and have always had a good experience. It's nice to know we have someone local who has our back if something was to go wrong. Thank you for all you do!

There is a reason this company is not affiliated with th Better Business B. I Would not recommend anyone to use them unless you like being talked down to. Management is a joke to deal with as well. I Would give 0 stars .
