My experience with EE travel advisor Shamikaa P. and BDM Matt Macis has been very positive! Helping customize my client's ideal trip didn't happen quickly - there were many revisions! Shamikaa worked tirelessly searching for flight times, fewer stops, and best prices. She corresponded thoroughly and swiftly while locating hotels and transportation based on my description of my client's wishes. Matt promptly returned my evening phone call on a Friday night to answer some questions and clarifications I needed. I look forward to future customized travel planning with EE, Shamikaa, and Matt! IF I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD. READ COMPLETELY BEFORE YOU BOOK.
our flights got cancelled to venice and rescheduled for the next day to rome. we had plans that day that cost money as well as hotel reservations that we will now be missing. they REFUSED or do any rescheduling or re booking. all that they offered was to cancel our reservations out of pocket for us. they refused to even try to push back reservations with out even calling to see if it was possible. using these services was a HUGE WASTE OF MONEY and we could have easily planned our week long trip for a lot cheaper and been able to get all of this just as we asked. they are USELESS and do not listen to simple wishes or asks. they didnt figure out if we could get refunded and didnt care. we even asked what the out of pocket cost would be and they had NO IDEA. they were also UNWILLING to even help reschedule even when if we would pay them. they are the MOST USELESS AND POINTLESS COMPANY i have ever booked with. this is one of the biggest regrets ive had as i just wasted thousands of dollars for absolutely nothing. DO NOT use this service unless you are willing to WASTE A LOT OF MONEY for frustrating customer service and useless employees. all in all, its your decision however i will NEVER be using this company again and WILL NOT recommend to any of my coworkers, family, or friends. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

Fine if nothing goes wrong but don't expect them to help out if a natural disaster occurs or other similar. They strictly point to their terms and conditions. Good customer service figures outa way to help...THEY DID NOT! will never use again

As a travel agency owner, we have all used Europe Express many times, and really appreciate our BDM Matt Macis, who is super responsive, and always helps us accomplish what we need to. The agents at EE are knowledgable and the company has worked hard to get response times up, we love our partnership with Europe Express!
