Bogus parking charge of $11 because we booked on a third party site, cant find that on the small print anywhere. I guess we missed it, but the guy at check in didnt even tell us, it wasnt until checkout that we were told. The door to our room wouldnt latch unless you leaned hard on it. Kind of a big safety issue. When we got to the room first it was not locked. Breakfast was decent. Checkin process was really uncomfortable and impersonal. Like we were bothering the dude. Super unfriendly.

I have worked in the hospitality business and with specific hotel experience for Walt Disney in Orlando. This was my second visit at this location. I stayed there the year prior as well. Considering the hotel was not busy, the overall experience was not terrible. However, the front desk personnel should receive training in treating every guest with the same level of professionalism regardless of how they purchased their room. The check in went way better than check out, but she emphasized I made my reservation with Priceline and therefore a parking fee would be applied. Fine. Most hotels charge for parking and I had read my disclaimer at booking. However, there is a better way to say it. If your hotel is going to offer rates through third parties, then the front desk has no business bringing it up unless a guest has an issue. I like to get my room at the best rate possible. I paid like anyone else. I expect to be treated the same. The checkout desk clerk was away for twenty minutes. Why would you step away around 830am during the busy check out period or at least have a back up desk clerk to cover while you use the rest room. The sign said busy assisting a guest. Really?? I told her I was checking out and she said in a tone " you made your reservation through Priceline and I cannot give you a receipt." Honey, this is not the Ritz Carlton. Perhaps, you should consider going to charm school. Again, if your employees are going to go out of their way to talk down, why don't you drop your 3rd party reservations? Save us all the trouble of staying there to begin with anyway.

We paid 350 dollars to reserve and they wouldnt let us stay cause they wanted more money which was not agreed upon. Pure fraud and false advertising. Besides the front desk lady being a complete stuck up B****

Headed down to breakfast at 8:30 to realize everything, including the coffee, was empty. Waited 30 minutes, and nothing had been refilled.
