        I am now swearing off ever staying in a residence inn again. Food & drinks: Breakfast was low quality but free. Why have all disposable plates and plastic silverware in this day and age. Not sustainable.

        PEACE & CALM to stay here. Room service was excellent. Routine Breakfast menu need to change often. Laundry was too good. Overall nice experience with Residence Inn by Marriott,Seattle for our first stay in seattle with family.

        Our first room had an ant infestation, so we got moved to a second room. The second room had an issue with the shower head in one of the bathroom. It wasn't attached securely and spared water everywhere. Also, not always easy to find parking.

        I reserved a king bed and when I went to check in the night clerk informs that they only have a queen available, but they were willing to only charge me for the queen and not the king!! Its my lucky day to not pay for something I didnt get. Then she tries to give me an upstairs room. She did rectify that upon my request. The place is a dump and under badly needed construction. The bed is horrible unless you like sleeping in a hammock. Breakfast doesnt start until 6:30 through the week. If youre business traveling that sucks. When I asked it was like pulling teeth to first find someone and then get an answer. Old, tired , and not customer friendly or honest.
