I was working in my garage when I short circuited the electrical connection to my water heater. Little did I know, it started leaking almost immediately. Through a recommendation from my father-in-law, I called Jeremey, who gave me the reassurance I needed to stay calm and collected and provided me with actionable options to fix the situation. Despite me calling him at 9pm at night, he was super responsive, reassuring, and addresed all my concerns. Also, I loved that he was super upfront with the pricing and his availablity. Honest. Hard-working and super reliable. Jeremy is the best plumber I've ever had. I got it replaced super quick and got the hot water back online. Highly recommend!

Came out quickly for a sudden water heater and sump pump failure. Got both replaced the same day. Was more expensive than I would have liked but not sure if it was abnormal for what was needed and given it was a quick turnaround, was well enough. He was very kind, seemed trustworthy and knowledgeable. Ended up getting me a higher end sump pump than was originally discussed without charging more so that was appreciated.

Jeremy came over and fixed a pipe in our attic that burst with the freezing weather we had last week. He was able to get the pipe fixed in less than an hour. $1,046 for the repair. Great service and nice guy, but I thought the cost was high for an hour of work.
