Quick, friendly, professional, and fair pricing. We had a hose bib with a freeze break in it that had been leaking for a few weeks before I noticed. So, I went looking on our neighborhood Facebook group for plumbers in the area, and Mike was enthusiastically recommended by a significant number of other neighbors. I contacted Cascade Plumbing Solutions a bit ago as I was having trouble with a plumbing issue. I had a handyman suggest I get an expert plumber as there were some issues that seemed unusual. Mike contacted me back quickly. And because he was booked out a couple of weeks, he helped walk me through some troubleshooting over the phone to see if I could resolve it on my own. That was so kind and generous of him and I was hopeful. Unfortunately, this was not straightforward. Although it wasn't urgent, Mike got me on his schedule for the next week to assess the situation, which helped ease my mind. It was more complex indeed. He did a quick temporary fix and went home to create a thoughtful and clearly laid out estimate of what it would cost to truly fix the situation. It was very reasonable, especially for the level of expertise Mike has in this field. He just finished the job today and my husband and I couldn't be happier. I am happy to recommend Mike at Cascade Plumbing Solutions to anyone needing plumbing. And he is a small local business owner, which is always good to support.
