        At times the bank is pretty busy but customer service is amazing they always do there best to get your needs and concerns met in a real timely matter and leave with peace of mind. I think some people are posting on other becu locations because in all my times with becu on 410 this is the one location I trust and count on, both management and staff always try's to go beyond and treat everyone like family .

        12 years ago there was a normal bank, a very long queue, on weekends you cant get through to anyone at all, especially if you need to buy a car, and your bank does not allow you to withdraw money.
