If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. Ashley and Kristina went above and beyond to assist both myself with printing, signing, and notarizing our documents at this branch. They were prompt with communication and made this process one thousand times easier! Give them a raise :)

New customer experience was great, but now that I'm attempting to refinance my calls keep getting kicked back to an overflow call center and the local branch is apparently unreachable by phone. The overflow call center is unable to provide the information I need and offers to arrange a callback within four hours, but this doesn't work for my new lender. It's really frustrating sitting on hold for ten minutes just to have my call kicked off in a completely different and useless direction without any option to stay on hold and wait to speak with the person we dialed. This is precisely the sort of experience I had hoped to avoid by banking with a local CU.
