Buckle

I never post bad reviews, but I felt it was necessary. I had the worst experience in this Buckle. The staff was so over bearing I couldnt shop or look at anything without them hovering over my shoulder. Every single worker there asked me the same exact questions, almost as if its rehearsed or they are on commission. It was absolutely ridiculous, I was so uncomfortable. Dont get me wrong, I love to be greeted and helped but they would not leave me and my friend alone.

Went in once and terribly rude staff. I wanted to look around and browse and the worker kept following me and getting into my personal space bringing me items. At first I kindly thanked her for her ideas but told her I just wanted to look. She did not take the hint and kept following me around the store and bringing up items she thought I would like. If a customer asks to just browse, please let them. I ended up having enough of it after about 4 times if me telling her I was OK and just wanted to look. I told her thank you and said I would come back another time. To which she replied sure you will with a rude tone and rolled her eyes.

As a store you can get rid of this review my refunding me for my pair of socks as requested, which the store employee didn't take the security tag off of. I understand that mistakes happen, though you need to correct your mistakes when they happen. It's not worth my time going back to the store for a pair of socks.
