Im seriously thinking about switching providers. Family care networks customer service is not so great. Ive had nothing but problems.

The previous poster must have gone to the vacant building next door! I've been going here fore 3 years. My family entire extended family goes tonFamily Care Network.  The wait times are under 10 minutes, it's immaculately clean, the office staph is friendly, accurate and very helpful. It's a large medical practice.  I have a complex medical profile and transferred from out of state. I was reluctant to get new Dr.'s but found what I was looking for with Family Care Netwotk. I highly recommend them!
