Great providers. Horrible prescription management. Direct requests from pharmacy are ignored. You have to message the provider directly to get refills. It is up to the provider to respond whenever they feel like it. I just don't get why I have been without my meds so many times with these people. It is insane that they don't respond to requests from the pharmacy.

The turnover with the staff is appalling. They want you to have patience while they work it out but its been happening for years, the moment you get comfortable with anyone to manage your meds they will tell you they are leaving. There is zero continuity of care here. Do yourself a favor and keep looking for a better facility to manage your care.
