Optum - Bellingham

It took 20 minutes on hold to get through today, just to be told no openings until next week, 9 days to see my doctor. I had to go to Urgent Care two weeks ago when again it was a week for an appointment with them. Since Everett Clinic took over Associates of Family Medicine, in my opinion things have really gone done hill. No more reminder calls for annual exams, and no openings for a week, as of mid March.

I have been a patient since before they became the Everett clinic and must say they are improving. They have always had good people just need to continue to make the act of using their services more user friendly. Dr Sharf is great. Brash to the point and a true diagnostician. Found skin cancer on my wife's ear somehow at routine appointment. If that isn't attention to detail what is? So grateful!

Would not advise going to any Everett Clinic if you value your life. My father went to them specifically for cardiac concerns back in October. Repeated chest pain with shortness of breath both on exertion and at rest. After extensive (read expensive) tests, they deemed him healthy and fit for return home by himself, clean bill of health no issues. Early December, not even two full months later, I took him in to the emergency room because of crippling chest pain- NOT EVERETT CLINIC finds he has 99% heart blockage and needed surgery pronto to place a stent. It took them three hours to diagnose the issue- and my dad is STILL paying the astronomical bill from Everett Clinic deeming him healthy. They are an abomination to healthcare and are too ignorant to be ashamed of themselves.
