Darius Cincys with Terry Allen were fantastic to deal with in getting our home of 38 years sold. When listing our home we interviewed brokers from several of the top firms in Seattle - Bellevue. We chose Terry Allen and Darius over the others because a) they took the time to understand what was special about our home & how to best present it for sale and b) their commitment to scope and quality of advertising was way above the others. Once we listed our house Darius took off. Everything that needed to get done before going public (landscape, cleaning, staging, photos, brochures, etc.) was coordinated by Darius with the best people for the job. We couldnt have been more pleased with how our home was presented. Once on the market Terry and Darius kept us up to date on views, comments and questions from visitors.
