Matthew Chapman accomplished an amazing feat of successfully marketing our family home as an Estate sale in less than 48 hours. My brother already had a reasonable offer from a builder expiring at the end of that week. Matt brought us an offer within 2 days that netted an extra $100K, with 3X the down payment and more importantly closing within the month, rather than 3 months. He won over my brothers and we were able to close at what turned out to be the peak of the market in 1Q2022. I have known Matt to be a man of integrity for many years and appreciate his focus on what is best for his clients, and Matts excellent customer service and follow up after the sale. There is no doubt that our family will look forward to utilizing his services again.

We worked with Matt to purchase a home in the Mount Baker neighborhood. We wanted to move very quickly, and Matt facilitated everything over a weekend with efficiency and expertise. He gave solid advice and managed to facilitate everything happening on a very short timeline. We would definitely work with Matt again in the future

Matt helped me sell my townhouse recently. He was an absolute joy to work with. Everything he did to help prepare my home for sale was fantastic. He had contractors ready to paint, update the carpet, update the light fixtures, clean, and stage the home. They all did a great job. He definitely knows the market and what needed to be done to make my home stand out! He was extremely friendly, asked my opinion on decisions, provided great advice, and managed the process from start to finish in a fantastic, professional, and courteous manner. I'd absolutely use Matt again if I were in the market to buy or sell a home in the area. I can't say enough great things about Matt and his entire team.

I wanted to take a minute to thank Matthew Chapman with the purchase on our new home on Mercer Island. Our family was born and raised in California, so moving out of state into a new community and finding a home was a big deal, not to mention we have a teenager. Matthew is very adept at working with families. We toured 2 high schools while we were there and he took us through various neighborhoods and explained what made them unique, as well as touring multiple homes. We still had our home in California and my husband had been traveling back and forth for work, sometimes he was able to tour the property and sometimes it was done virtually. Matthew kept us updated on new homes coming available, spent a lot of time with our family to understand our priorities and was very patient with us. He is fantastic about returning calls, answering questions and making himself available to you. I am very happy that we found our dream home on Mercer Island. I think because we took so long to find what we were looking for another agent might have given up on us, but Matthew did not, He was super patient, thorough and kind. We have bought several properties in California and we have never had such outstanding customer service.
