I worked with Aaron Rosen from this office. He was very knowledgeable about the subtle differences in properties and the benefits and drawbacks on specific areas. He recommended different areas that I was not familiar with and was very helpful in advising me in my expansion into the region. There is no substitute for the kind of in-depth experience that Aaron has. His assistant, John, was very professional and responsive. I felt prioritized and confident that my interests were represented in the Tacoma office.

We found that both Kyle and Sam were consummate professionals. Reaching out to us despite the property not being currently for sale, and working with us to the point we were ready to sell. Several bumps in the road could have stalled this but they patiently worked through each of the issues to bring the sale to a close. Highly professional, very hands on, if you are looking to buy or sell a property they are the guys for you. Thanks so much you guys.

Did not enjoy my conversation with Kyle S, honestly made me feel uncomfortable and because of his unpleasantness I would advise others to steer clear of this office
