John Kritsonis and the Kritsonis Lindor Team helped us find and purchase our very first home. This house was a perfect fit for us, and we spent an amazing 10 years in a home we absolutely loved. When we needed to move to a new state John and his associates helped us with everything you can imagine in getting our home sold. John has a rolodex of amazing people to help you get prepared, landscapers, cleaners, painters, contractors, stagers, photographers, title companies, you name it. They even have their own moving truck. John has so much experience and an extensive network which he is able to use to the benefit of his clients. When it came time to sell, our house looked the best its ever looked, and we accepted a great offer after only four days! The closing company they arranged for us made everything a breeze and we were even able to close our sale remotely from the other side of the country. Everyone we interacted with were extremely competent, knowledgeable, and professional. Everything from start to finish was a first for us but the whole experience with John was so amazingly personal and positive I would highly recommend him and this team to anyone.

We chose the Kritsonis Lindor Team because of John and Karl's prior experience in residential construction. We had a narrow search objective in that we were seeking either an aging view home or an undeveloped lot where we could remodel or build the house of our dreams. We worked primarily with John and we appreciated his market sense and professionalism. With his guidance and assistance, we were able to secure a property that met our criteria.

After our father passed away, and mom needed full time care, we were met with the decision to sell, or rent out the house my parents owned for over 50 years. The Kritsonis Lindor Team had sold a neighboring house, so my brother contacted them to give us some options. Between my parents, and siblings, the 5 of us had never missed a Christmas in that home since 1970, so it was emotional for us to let go of the house. The Kritsonis Lindor Team was so understanding, and told us all of our options. After a couple weeks checking things off their list, the house went on the market. In a few days we reviewed offers, and sold it for over 10% over asking price that we were all comfortable with. They sat and listened to our stories of our parents, and our memories. John, Todd, and the entire staff from office to stager to inspector were all a pleasure to do business with. I highly recommend their team, and I would use them again in a heartbeat. Thank you again.

They had a full service team: a stager, recommended vendors, expert local knowledge and even their own truck - we used to move stuff to storage.
