If you're selling in Seattle, you want Brian on your side. I have been nothing short of impressed by his market knowledge, eye for marketing, and overall intuition about what sells. What really stood out about working with Brian was his concierge offering, where he recommended updates to my home to maximize price/ minimize costs, coordinated all of the contractors, and made it totally hands off for me with no out of pocket costs until closing. And of course, he got me an offer over asking in a tight market! Brian is the best realtor in Seattle, and I never plan to work with anyone else!

Brian Huie is an absolute legend. My husband and I first met him in 2017, when we were very naive about the home buying process and our expectations. Despite that, Brian never made us feel judged or unrealistic, and educated us every step of the way. We put our home buying on hold to move around for job opportunities... Flash forward to 2021, and we were ready to come back to Seattle and settle down. Brian was amazing at listening to how our needs had changed and guided us towards neighborhoods we hadn't considered (and away from others that he didn't think would be a good fit for our lifestyle or personalities). Every tour and phone call with Brian is an in-depth lesson in the Seattle real estate market, and we felt so prepared when it was time to put in an offer. We ultimately had our 2nd offer accepted and are so pleased with our new home. As first time home buyers buying from out of state in a wild market, Brian held our anxieties and fears with grace and compassion. His team even coordinated a repair while we were out of state.
