We employed Raymond Gravelle at Realty Executives to sell our home. Raymond is everything we could have asked for in a realtor, and more. From our first meeting and his initial presentation on how we would approach the sale of our home to his last communication with us after closing, he listened and responded to our questions in a professional and competent manner. His attitude and demeanor instilled confidence in us, and that confidence proved to be well-founded! His performance exceeded our expectations and we are very pleased with Raymond's handling of the sale of our home. We highly recommend him to anyone thinking about selling a house!

We bought and sold a house using realty executives. Both times, it was as smooth as it can be. Nikki and Crystal were the nicest people and they were very knowledgeable. There were multiple offers on the house we were buying. I do not think we would have gotten the house if we weren't with Crystal. The point of using experienced realtor is that they know how to speak to seller's heart. Crystal had some tricks up her sleeves. She got us the house! Selling the house was more involved. First, they sat with us and explained every process (which they were the most knowledgeable), then walked through our house and suggested all the things we needed to do. We were moving internationally and was in a tricky time line. They were very flexible and worked very hard for us. Our house did not sell on the first week. But again, they were very experienced and knew what to do next. They got the house sold in time for us to move overseas stress free! I highly recommend using realty executives!
