Swedish Bellevue Imaging & Specialty Care

Having a website with an email or contact us OR someone one who answers the phone OR voice mail would be great. I tried calling and nobody answers and the call never goes into voice mail. They also don't have a proper website that I could find that has a contact us page. I saw the other comment that said if you have a referral, just walk-in, but that's not a short trip so I don't want to show up and find out they can't take me or have to wait all day. From what I can see the doctor seems to have good ratings, so I'll adjust my rating if that proves to be the case and I can be seen.

This review is solely for the office staff and administration, not the physicians. I was made to needlessly suffer for 5 days without necessary medication because of lazy office procedures and no one answering phones or voicemails for days. Barbaric practices due to no pre-appointment patient screening. Awful.

Made an appt and couldnt be seen for about 3 weeks. Then showed up on time and didnt see the doc for over 40 min after my appointment time. Medical assistants seemed real green. Communication and people skills were not strengths of those who I was in contact with. Experience with doc when he eventually came around was good
