I broke my back and after surgery and many rehab and doctors visits, was getting no where. My back doctor at the hospital i had my surgery said he couldn't do anymore to help me. I found this place and I'm so glad i did. I was able to get the medication and treatments i needed to move. The doctors are all so caring and staff are welcoming.

Do not recommend. They simply wouldn't work with my insurance company, which put me in the position of having to bang my head against a wall while being critically ill and unable to function. I was repeatedly told by receptionists who at one point called me "that Spravato girl," that "Katie handles prior authorization and she's out today." This mysterious "Katie" never called me back and my insurance company never got the paperwork they needed from her. After six weeks of bouncing back and forth between my insurance company's 1-800 number and Acute Pain Therapies' unresponsive office, I started to doubt "Katie's" existence and called it quits. I'm happy to report that a different clinic in the area, Bellevue Pain and Wellness, was able to get me seen, prescribed, authorized, and scheduled in less than 24 hours.
