I have been a patient of Run Xue for over 15 years. I was very healthy then and now when I need imaging or ask for preventative testing it is met with resistance. I qualified for breast MRI per guidelines and started back in June to try and get a pre auth and get it scheduled. Luckily I am a healthcare provider and notice the wrong test was ordered, when that was fixed, i saw the active dates for the authorization expired before the appointment. I have been going back and forth with my "team" at swedish factoria since June 2021 just for this test. It is sad, there are no PCP's in the seattle area and even fewer that take providence insurance. The intake letter is threatening, stating you can't talk about any of your problems as you will incur more charges. So what is the point of going to the doctor. If anyone has a pcp they like please let me know. I am now ordering my lab tests online and managing my own health care.

Doctor responded prescription refill request within 24h, but the staff member did not send it to the pharmacy. My family member had ran out of medication for 5 days now and I'm still waiting. Not positive experience. I'd recommend other Swedish locations if you can choose another.

I have been been with Swedish Factoria for more than 20 years. My previous primary doctor was Dr. Terisaki, who is the best primary care Dr. I have ever seen.
But recently, Swedish Factoria service quality has gone into the drain. Both the stuff and the doctor I'm seeing are substantially substandard. My doctor is lazy, seems not like his career, and not informed/updated....
I have seen Dr. Lazarus and Dr. Liu before, they are good, but I need a male primary care doctor.
