My girl is 6. Got her ears pierced and was not loving the pain. Her earring fell out so we walked by to ask them what to do. Lucy was so kind. She helped my daughter and I through the process. She was not sure whether she wanted to go through with it. Lucy talked her through it, she was gentle, warm and kind. I cant believe my little actually got her ear redone. I would absolutely go back.

Got my nose pierced here and Hailey was amazing, super personable, patient, friendly and did a great job with the piercing. The other staff member was super nice too, I just didnt get her name; a dog made a mess while in the store and without any hesitation she cleaned it up and still kept a smile on. Great customer service all around.

Cute accessories, staff is somewhat friendly. However their return policy sucks, they dont return earnings even if you had just bought and they have no signs anywhere in the store and staff dont tell you that they dont return earnings until you want to return some and surprise, our return policy stated earnings are not refundable and they dont make exchanges either

I came in to get one of my closed-up piercings redone and Mery was able to do it no problem. She was very knowledgeable and made the process a breeze!
