        The manager Suzanne was great to work with. I dont know anything when it comes to bags, especially designer bags, but Suzanne helped me find the perfect bag for my moms birthday. She asked all the right questions to help determine the right one and its the first designer bag for my moms collection. She was soooo happy with the style we are definitely coming back to get my dad a wallet for Fathers Day

        Suzanne the store manager is TERRIBLE! she is so rude and disrespectful to me from the time I spoke with her on the phone to the time I got in store. She spoke to me like Im her child and not like a paying customer. It felt racially motivated. She is the absolute worst when it comes to costumer service. I will never spend a dime here ever again this is the absolute worst experience Ive ever had in my entire life!
