Hi my name is Aurelia. I'm 53 yrs old and I have been terrified of of dentist since I was a little girl With saying that... my teeth needed so much work on them In the last 2 years. I been to more than a few dentists office. To see about implants. I.am so happy that I didn't give up. Until I found this dental office and Dr. During the whole process. The Sergeant and staff. We're very positive caring and supportive. Not only did the staff call with the encouraging birds it's out of the doctor. I'm so happy and very impressed in the work. That has been done. They did all my ever teeth with implants. I cannot express how grateful I am tivo doctors and all staff. I have a confident smile... Finally after all these years

They said the implant follow up exam was included in the implant package however they charged x-rays. They do not do what they said.

NOT deserve a star...................... This has been the absolute worst experience communicating with this clinic. I had an implant for tooth #8 on 2/27/2023. During my 4-month follow-up, an assistant took an x-ray of the implant and asked me if everything was okay. Dr. Albather didn't bother to take a look. During the 6-month follow-up on 8/17/2023 (Thursday), another assistant took another x-ray. The assistant informed me that Dr. Albather would look at the x-ray and get back to me. I called the office on 8/21/2023 (Monday) and found out that Dr. Albather was on a 2-week vacation. Until today, 9/7/2023, I haven't heard anything. I left messages, but none of my calls were returned. Why do they bother scheduling follow-up appointments if the doctor is too busy to take a look? Isn't it standard protocol for the doctor to conduct follow-ups? I strongly advise staying away from this clinic if you want to be treated as a patient.
