As someone with HIGH ANXIETY revolving around dental offices and dental work (shots, sounds, etc) Dr Kim is very calming and helpful. Talks you through as much as you want to hear about your teeth, very transparent and upfront about anything you need done or that she is going to do. I didn't feel judged or like a baby being an adult who cries very easily from my fear and anxiety around dental work, I felt heard, accommodated and surprisingly relaxed. Office is very clean, organized and professional. Very sterline. Everyone, including Tammy at the front desk was very understanding, patient, polite and kind. Highly recommend this dental office.

Wow. Dr Kim is confident, and you can tell her knowledge, techniques, equipments are most up to date and a class beyond your regular dentist. The treatment planning is genuine, informative, and have my best interest in mind. I also was so comfortable during my procedure that I could have easily fallen asleep. I am amazed and very happy with the result.

Cancelled my appointment without notifying me- claiming I had never confirmed the appointment. I told them I had confirmed through the reminder email they sent over a week ago and was told that was after they had already cancelled my appointment. Additionally, Dr Kim and her staff were very judgemental at my previous appointment. I had not had dental care in quite some time because of money and insurance issues and this was brought up several times throughout my appointment in a shaming way. I was willing to give them a second chance, but no longer after this second bad experience.

Dr. Christy Kim and her team do such a fantastic job. I have been three times so far, for cleanings and bonding, and they do the best job. They are friendly, extremely helpful, and provide great service. Dr. Kim is so talented and warm. She fixed crooked bonding (done by a different dental office) and made it look perfect. I would trust her with any opinion/ work that needs to get done. I would recommend any friend/family member to visit this dental office!

Ive been going here for roughly 3 years now. This place is 4/5 stars because they do not use the correct pronouns for non-normative indentities. If you are queer and not cis, this is not the practice for you. I have mentioned my pronouns every time I go there and they still do not use my correct pronouns. That being said, the dentistry is top notch, which is why I continue to go there for my needs.
