You pay way too much for what you get. If this is your only dentist experience try somewhere else. Its like a drive through how fast they clean your teeth

Had an appointment there today. Office was closed, nobody notified me the appointment would be canceled or that they needed to close for the day. tried to call their number several times and it did not ring or go to voicemail. Not my first time having issues with them.

I don't think that the dental care that I received was top notch. I received two deep cleaning treatments and they did not help because I still had a lot of residual plaque. I actually opted out of the lidocaine injections, and barely felt them clean the gums. I just went to another dental office after a few months, and the plaque was still spreading, but this time they actually thoroughly cleaned and took their time. Another thing about this place is that I had called three times to request medical records, and followed up three times via email as well to have them transferred to my new dentist. They did not fulfill the request for 2 weeks until I was at the other clinic for the appointment. The other clinic finally received the records on the spot, but it delayed my appointment. Finally, it's way too expensive for the care that is given, especially since it isn't thorough as mentioned above. I paid double the price of what I just paid at my new place. I should have switched way earlier.
