I want to start with good comment. The guys working in front of computer, very nice and listening whats the issue. ( good) The lady who may be owner , or representative ( we are not sure), very mean and hard to deal with. Later we found out from other friends and people that she is humble and kind at the beginning to get business with you, and later she is cold and no mercy. Please go ahead and use TSMS if you want to experience betrayers They will open your account without knowing you, and they will said its not their AT FAULT, everything is your fault or network or your router or your staff. And again, beginning she is so so so nice. And use it for 1-3 years , you will know immediately what i am saying .

Not profession AT ALL!!! Weve been in business for over 25+ years and this company has been by far the most unprofessional merchant service company. We started our business with TSMS not too long ago. They dont answer phones when we need help after hours. We dont usually find about issues until we batch at night but they are not available to help and the rep (Christina)who is in charge of our business is so hard to get a hold of. An opportunity came where we decided to sell the business but the new management had their own merchant service company so I had to stop my service with TSMS so then they charged me for violating my contract. I am selling my business. How is that violating my contract if I dont have a business to work with this company??? I would highly recommend finding a company that can stand behind their services and their words, a professional company.

fraudulent company. I am not saying it over nothing. They will charge you for things thats not agreed upon (automatically charge it without notice) When you figure that out and tell them, they will say it is on the contract and such clause does not exist. Ask them to point out where, they start not replying to your email while replying to other people(verified). Owner tells her employees to tell us that shes away but she isn't
