Disappointed and Deceived by Ujatcare's Scam Tactics. I am writing this review to caution others about the deceptive and predatory practices of Ujatcare. As a home care agency owner, I was offered a free website as part of their consulting services. However, my experience with Ujatcare quickly turned sour.
To begin with, they used highly aggressive tactics to persuade me into upgrading my free website. They assured me that if I wasn't satisfied with the changes, I would be eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, this turned out to be far from the truth. When I received the invoices, they clearly stated that the payments were non-refundable, completely contradicting the initial promise.
Upon realizing that I did not want the upgrades and preferred to keep the basic website, I tried contacting Ujatcare to rectify the situation. However, to my dismay, it became increasingly difficult to reach any representative who could provide a straightforward answer. Their lack of responsiveness and evasion of responsibility only worsened my frustrations.
Fast forward eight long months, and my website is still not up to par, despite Ujatcare's claims and promises. Instead of taking accountability for their actions, they have had the audacity to shift blame onto me, stating that it is my fault.
It is clear to me now that Ujatcare's main objective is to lure innocent customers with false promises and then exploit them financially. Their unethical practices and complete lack of regard for customer satisfaction are disheartening.
I urge anyone considering Ujatcare's services to think twice. Do not be fooled by their initially friendly approach or promises of refunds. It is evident from my experience that they are only interested in maximizing their profits, even at the expense of their customers' trust and satisfaction.
In conclusion, Ujatcare is undeniably a scam. Save yourself the disappointment and frustration by looking for a reputable and trustworthy company to meet your home care agency's needs, as Ujatcare is certainly not the way to go.

I would give it less than 0 if I could. Stay away if possible!!
1. No support number. You cannot get live support.
2. They change configuration without notice that completely disrupts processes that are outside of their platform.
3. Changed the pricing and what comes with the platform multiple time.

I was extremely hopeful when i signed up with Ujatcare. agter i signed up they never would answer my phone calls or emails. been a few months and no clients from them. They kept billing me even after i cancelled

Extremely Dissatisfied with Ujatcare's Customer Services and Predatorial tactics as a representative of our company, I feel compelled to express our deep disappointment and frustration with the abysmal customer service provided by Ujatcare. Our experience with this company has been nothing short of a nightmare, leaving us with no choice but to share our negative feedback.

Second and foremost, Ujatcare exhibited a severe lack of responsiveness to our verbal and written requests. We have repeatedly reached out to them, both in person and through various channels, to request that they halt any further progress on the upgrades we had initially agreed upon. However, their unprofessional conduct has seen them prolong the response time unnecessarily, leaving us in a state of limbo.
Adding insult to injury, we discovered that a staff member from Ujatcare had provided us with misleading information regarding their policies. This misinformation led us to make choices that were not aligned with our best interests. Yet, despite the company's role in this misdirection, we, as paying customers, are now being unfairly penalized for their mistakes.
Months ago, we requested a refund due to the lack of progress and unresponsiveness from Ujatcare. However, they have consistently failed to address our concerns or provide any form of compensation for their poor service. To make matters worse, the website we entrusted them to create has never been published, and it remains non-functional to this day.
The sheer incompetence and negligence displayed by Ujatcare have cost our company valuable time, money, and resources. We have been left with a sense of betrayal and frustration, having placed our trust in a company that has failed to deliver on its promises.
We strongly advise others to exercise caution when considering Ujatcare for their business needs. The lack of professionalism, poor communication, and failure to rectify their mistakes make them an unreliable and untrustworthy choice. We have found ourselves in an unfortunate situation, and we hope that by sharing our experience, others can avoid the same fate.
In conclusion, we cannot stress enough how unhappy we are with Ujatcare's customer service. Their unresponsiveness, misleading information, and failure to deliver on their commitments have left us feeling utterly dissatisfied.
