        Not an actual branch. No sign on the building to tell you its not an actual branch. When I googled a branch near me, this was listed as Chase Bank. Time is valuable. Having to find out it's not a branch by having to physically walk into the building is a bad customer experience.

        I had a great experience with Olga today helping me close and reopen a Chase account. Process was very smooth and quick, I appreciate her help very much! I can't imagine how long this would take if I tried to do it myself. I made an appointment online through the Chase app and it seems like appointment is probably recommended for faster service, but all the bankers seemed very nice and willing to help those who didn't have appointments as well. Thank you!
