        Customer service has improved here quite a bit. The last few times we have been greeted when we enter and have been able to get an appointment right away.

        Try getting through to this bank for customer service. Just try it. But have a stiff drink or other form of self-soothing available because it's IMPOSSIBLE. They'll send you to a website process that doesn't work (which they'll only tell you AFTER you go through the whole thing). Call back and they'll tell you to select options that ultimately just disconnect you. Try again and if they're too busy to answer the phone, they hang up on you saying "try back later" -- no hold, no voicemail, no auto callback. Unreal. They just made sure I'll NEVER be a Chase customer.

        They move appointments between branches without any email or app communication and get to know it via phone. When reaching this branch they simply say no as you are late.
