I called in with a question and Gregory was kind enough to talk to me for about 10 minutes. He provided very detailed information and some quick tips on what to do next. He could have easily charged me a pro rated amount for this call but didn't. Very rare for someone to give their time so freely when it is their primary source of income. I am grateful for the experience and would use them for any issues I encounter that fall in their scope of services.

Waste of time: I tried to call ~10 times over a 2 week period. Call always goes to voicemail. They don't return calls. They don't return voicemails. They don't return messages I left on their website form.If they are too busy or are not taking new clients, it'd be lovely if they had the courtesy to let folks know. A simple message on their site or an update to their voicemail would do the trick.
