      image The community is good, but like anything, it can be improved. The residents and the office management are friendly. I feel safe at night while still vigilant of my surroundings. When I moved in last year my apartment was not painted and the blinds were old and not the cleanest (can someone help me find a good cleaner for them) I try not to complain too much because when I needed time to pay the rent, the office personal was very helpful and understanding. My rent is going up tremendously with that I hope I get new updated appliances ( 1974 dishwasher, washer and dryer) and a good paint job. I like the location it easy access to freeways and the surrounding areas.
