Got my 18 month daughter's ear pierced here by Brittany. She did an amazing job and was so good with the baby. Explained everything well. I was hesitant at first coming here but Brittany was awesome!!

Had the worst experience hear. I asked the lady in the front if she worked here she first looked at me and responded to me like it was a dumb question (She had no uniform or name tag so how was I supposed to know) i then proceeded to ask if they sell boy earrings she gave me the worst attitude and kept making air quotes with her hands letting me know there is no "boy earrings" but there are gender nutral earrings. She gave me a horrible attitude the whole time as if i said the word "Boy" to offend her. She needs better customer service training.

Icing does not have children size merchandise like Claire's- which own Icing. It's a clean, well organized store with welcoming staff. Good sales too.
