Quoted me $183 to repair my gold rope chain, giving me a narrative of a whole bunch of crap about having to buy a new "specialized" clasp, when all I HONESTLY needed was a small ring and a solder!Luckily, I found Federal Way Custom Jewelers, who repaired the chain for $49.00!

Making me a piece of custom jewelry. Not making me anything, as the piece they ordered to make custom , broke coming out of package, they offered to gold plate a sterling silver piece to try and stick with what I wanted and I was offended as I'm not down for gold plating sterling silver to go with a gold chain, and there was nothing else they could do. Fred Meyer jewelers is like a top ten jeweler yet don't sell what I'm looking for so will probably never consider them again, they should feel shame for being a top jeweler yet can't make a simple piece

The worst fred meyers .First they put my wedding ring in the ultrasonic cleaner and gave it back to me with missing diamonds. No one checked after they just tossed my ring in there? So I had to wait another week for them to replace the diamonds. I got two customized pieces of jewelry The woman helping me was rude and acted as if she didn't want to be working there as she threw my necklaces on the table half spilling out of the bag

We didn't just purchase rings for our wedding at this Fred Meyer Jewelers; we were given the gift of respect and joy from Rachael (the team member that helped us). We went in just expecting to purchase a set of simple wedding bands but ended up with pieces that celebrated who we are and what our 7 years of love and commitment means. No big deal, right? That'd be true in many cases, but for us it meant so much more. As a queer couple, the level of excitement and joy, of welcoming and belonging that Rachael created means more than we can express in this little review. We felt seen, heard, and cared for. We were celebrated. And now, every single day when we look at our rings and remember our commitment to one another we will also have the joy of remembering this experience. "Thank you" seems so small a thing to say in the scope of what you've done for us, but it's what we have to give. So, Rachael, Thank you.
