Made an appointment with Mely and she answered all our concerns we had with the Farmers problem and all other concerns. Very personable, friendly and helpful. Now that I have had a claim with State Farm beware. Once you sign up with Brian Harriss office he will not talk to youto busy. Left Joesph to do his clean up and also gave me incorrect information about policy requirements. We have had nothing but a run around with State Farm claim adjusters.

Update! Not disgruntled at all and I am working with the Washington department of labor now to get my situation sorted out! I do not recommend Brian Harris State Farm. When a business owner fails to follow through on a contract and then instead of talking to you about it he ignores and blocks you it says a lot about his character. With so many offices to choose from I would strongly encourage looking for an agent that is willing to communicate and follow through.

Unfortunately Kelly is a disgruntled ex-employee who failed to do her contracted job while she traveled internationally. She was employed thru a contracted company that tried to charge me additional money for services that were cancelled last month. When she contacts the DOL she should let them know when her last day was and how she was paid for days worked. I have it all documented and ready for the DOL if they contact me. I wish her the best.
